We are a charity/organisation that supports families and cares for children and young people with life-threatening conditions. Our range of services are comprehensive, for both bereaved and non-bereaved families. This includes expert nursing care and short breaks, symptom management nursing, family activities and events, physical therapies, art therapy, music therapy, wellbeing, care at end of life, bereavement support and providing practical help in the family home.
